    1. Introduction

    Welcome Let’s ride adventures Limited, your premier safari travel partner in Kenya. By booking a safari with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

    1. Booking and Payment

         2.1 Booking Confirmation

    • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total safari cost.
    • The balance is due 30 days before the safari start date.

         2.2 Payment Methods

    • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified methods.
    • All payments should be in USD or the equivalent in KES at the current exchange rate.

          2.3 Late Payments

    • If the balance is not paid on time, Let’s ride adventures Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
    1. Cancellations and Refunds

          3.1 Client Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made in writing.
    • The following cancellation fees apply:
      • More than 60 days before the safari: Full refund minus deposit
      • 30-60 days before the safari: 50% of the total safari cost
      • Less than 30 days before the safari: No refund

          3.2 Company Cancellations

    • Let’s ride adventures Limited reserves the right to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative safari option.
    1. Changes to Bookings

         4.1 Client Changes

    • Changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
    • Let’s ride adventures Limited will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
    • Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the client’s responsibility.

         4.2 Company Changes

    • Let’s ride adventures Limited reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to factors beyond control, such as weather conditions or political instability.
    • Clients will be notified promptly, and suitable alternatives will be offered.
    1. Travel Documents and Requirements

          5.1 Passports and Visas

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months beyond the travel date.
    • Obtaining necessary visas is the client’s responsibility.

         5.2 Vaccinations and Health

    • Clients must ensure they meet all health and vaccination requirements for travel to Kenya.
    • Let’s ride adventures Limited recommends consulting a travel clinic for advice on vaccinations.
    1. Travel Insurance
    • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings is mandatory for all clients.
    1. Liability and Risk

         7.1 Assumption of Risk

    • Clients acknowledge that safaris involve inherent risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, rough terrain, and remote locations.
    • Let’s ride adventures Limited will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the safari.

        7.2 Limitation of Liability

    • Let’s ride adventures Limited’s liability is limited to the safari cost.
    • Let’s ride adventures Limited is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
    1. Conduct and Behavior

         8.1 Client Conduct

    • Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, guides, and wildlife.

        8.2 Damage to Property

    • Clients will be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, accommodation, or equipment due to negligence or misconduct.
    1. Privacy and Data Protection
    • Let’s ride adventures Limited respects client privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
    • Personal data will only be used for the purpose of organizing and providing the safari services.
    1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
    • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Kenya.
    1. Force Majeure
    • Let’s ride adventures Limited will not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
    1. Acceptance of Terms
    • By making a booking, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
